We are shaped by our relationships—with others and most importantly with ourselves.

At times, relationships can leave us feeling connected, understood, and alive. At other times, they can bring pain, confusion, or a sense of being lost.

As a Psychotherapist and Supervisor, I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you can explore your experiences, feel genuinely heard, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and those around you.

Types of Therapy

I am an integratively trained Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. My training draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic thinking.

I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Every person brings their own experiences, strengths, challenges, and ways of making sense of the world. For this reason, I tailor my approach to the individual, creating a therapeutic experience that feels personal, collaborative, and responsive to your needs.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety (including health anxiety, phobias, and generalised anxiety), low self-esteem, addiction, trauma, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, either by telephone or in person.

This is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and whether working together feels like the right fit. Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision, and I believe that feeling comfortable, understood, and connected with your therapist is central to effective therapeutic work.

Fees: Therapy sessions are £60 for a 50-minute session.
