Relationships make us, relationships break us, whether its the one we have with ourselves or others.
As a Psychotherapist and Supervisor, relationship is at the heart of what I offer. A space to be seen and heard can make life affirming changes.
Types of Therapy
I’m an integratively trained Psychotherapist and Supervisor and can offer insights or strategies from several modalities of therapy; including person centred, TA, CBT, mindfulness and psychodynamic. I believe we are alI individuals and I can offer a personalised therapeutic experience. I can work with depression, anxiety (health, phobias, general ), self-esteem, addiction, trauma and bereavement.
Consultation
I offer a free initial consultation of half an hour. We can arrange to have this over the phone or in person. In this session we will explore what you would like to work on and see if it feels like you would like to work with me. Therapy is a deeply personal experience and I am aware of the importance of feeling a genuine connection with your therapist.
My fees for subsequent sessions are £55 an hour.
